As a Veterinary Technician you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care and client experience. Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligible to sit for the VTNE
• Someone who enjoys surgery and dentistry while being excited to support all areas of the hospital

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery
• Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs
• Support appointments by obtaining histories, restraining patients, and assisting the DVM during exams
• Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments
• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
