Requirements
- Previous veterinary assistant or veterinary technician experience.
- An active veterinary technician license for candidates applying as a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
- A genuine passion for pets, veterinary medicine, and exceptional patient care.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A positive, supportive approach grounded in teamwork and mutual respect.

Responsibilities
- Partner with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Assist with examinations, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and surgical care.
- Anticipate the needs of the veterinary team to promote efficient hospital workflow.
- Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills when supporting patient care.
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients about their pets' care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clearly document treatments and client communication.
- Help maintain clean, organized, stocked, and treatment-ready clinical areas.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to achieve positive outcomes.
- Support teammates by asking for help when needed and offering help whenever possible.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional-development opportunities.
