About The Position

Requirements
- Availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
- At least 3 years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, or CVT) in Texas.
- Confidence in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to low-stress, Fear-Free handling.
- Comfort with technology, adaptability, and motivation to grow.

Responsibilities
- Assist with surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring.
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory diagnostics.
- Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient histories.
- Use low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction.
- Mentor assistants and foster teamwork and excellence.
