About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Northfield, IL is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. This pay band is dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
Other related duties as assigned.
