About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician Supervisor for its Specialty departments in Studio City, Los Angeles, California. The supervisor will lead, motivate, engage, train, and mentor veterinary professionals, demonstrating strong clinical skills and business knowledge. The role supports patient and client care, staff development, training coordination, and workplace conflict resolution. The ideal candidate has advanced veterinary skills and excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer. Applicants must have unrestricted, current authorization to work in the United States and must not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
- Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated or stressful situations.
- Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
- Organize training schedules for technician staff.
- Identify workplace conflicts and seek assistance in resolving them.
- Provide feedback and leadership, and help develop performance improvement plans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
