About The Position
MSPCA-Angell West in Waltham is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor. This position requires advanced technical, clinical, and leadership skills to effectively lead technician services, as well as patient and client care. The role involves participating in hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation for technical staff and volunteers. Other supervisory duties include creating work schedules, preparing payroll, and processing personnel records. Supervisors at Angell assist clinicians in providing high-quality nursing care to patients and ensuring a high standard of client care.
