About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. This role involves serving as a mentor, coaching team members, organizing meetings and training schedules, identifying and resolving workplace conflicts, and providing feedback and performance improvement plans. The position emphasizes leading by example, fostering teamwork, and ensuring excellent patient care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty care environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
Support and mentor the technicians by utilizing your advanced technical skills.
Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution.
Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
Other related duties as assigned.
