About The Position
Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, dedicated, experienced Veterinary Technician/Assistant to join its three-doctor practice. The role involves assisting the veterinarian with animal examinations, treatments, diagnostic testing, and other clinical tasks.

- Experience in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities
- Assist the veterinarian during animal examinations.
- Restrain animals as needed.
- Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Obtain radiographs using proper positioning and techniques.
- Perform laboratory tests.
- Collect, prepare, and label blood, urine, and fecal samples for laboratory testing.
- Place IV catheters.
