About The Position

Arista Advanced Pet Care Dallas is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon for an ownership or associate opportunity. This is a chance to help build a multispecialty hospital with talented veterinarians who are dedicated to their medicine, their teams, and the development of the hospital. The owners are specialists in emergency and critical care, internal medicine, and cardiology, each with unique backgrounds and a strong commitment to their profession and personal lives. The ideal candidate is a Surgeon who desires more than just a job and wants to contribute to building the hospital's culture. The role involves practicing in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital with real-time consultation and support for complex cases. The hospital utilizes advanced technology like Scribble for ambient dictation and Instinct as its EMR and PIMS. Production is paid monthly with a transparent dashboard for daily tracking. The position offers an ownership path with meaningful equity and participation in local decisions, or an associate position with significant influence over medical practice. There are no non-compete clauses for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Practice surgery in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital.

  • Guide clients through the referral experience (as part of the Care Navigation team).
