About The Position

Arista Advanced Pet Care Dallas is seeking a Veterinary Oncologist for an ownership or associate opportunity. This is a chance to help build a multispecialty hospital with talented veterinarians who are passionate about their medicine, their teams, and the development of the hospital. The owners are specialists in emergency and critical care, internal medicine, and cardiology, and are accomplished professionals with fulfilling lives outside of their careers. The ideal candidate is a generous and collaborative individual with a sense of humor, who wants to contribute to building the hospital's culture rather than just observing it. The role involves practicing in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital with real-time consultation, supported by a Care Navigation team, ambient dictation via Scribble, and an integrated EMR/PIMS system called Instinct. Production is paid monthly with a transparent dashboard for tracking numbers. Good ideas are welcomed and have a reasonable chance of implementation. Both ownership and associate paths are available, offering meaningful influence and participation in hospital decisions.
