About The Position

Arista Advanced Pet Care Dallas is seeking a Veterinary Criticalist for an ownership or associate opportunity. This is a chance to help build a multispecialty hospital with talented veterinarians who are passionate about their medicine, their teams, and the development of the hospital. The owners are specialists in emergency and critical care, internal medicine, and cardiology, who lead fulfilling lives beyond their professional achievements. The ideal candidate is a second critical care clinician looking for more than just a job in an established hospital. They should be generous with technicians and fellow doctors, eager to contribute to building the culture, possess a sense of humor, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The role involves practicing in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital with real-time consultation, supported by a Care Navigation team, ambient dictation via Scribble, and an integrated EMR/PIMS system called Instinct. Production is paid monthly with a transparent dashboard for daily tracking. Good ideas are welcomed and have a reasonable chance of implementation.
