About The Position

Alliance Animal Health (AAH) is seeking a Veterinary Student Ambassador for Utah State University to act as a key resource for their university relations program. This role involves promoting AAH, its events, and initiatives to fellow students, administration, faculty, and clinicians. The ambassador will identify and create opportunities for interaction between AAH and students, and recommend areas for AAH presence or sponsorship within the school, clinics, and teaching hospital. Additionally, the ambassador will assist in managing on-campus activities and driving AAH's involvement. This position is crucial for building connections with veterinary students and faculty, contributing to the culture and future of AAH.

Requirements

Must be an incoming 1st - 3rd Year Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited University.
Must remain in good academic standing with the institution.

Responsibilities

Promote information about AAH and its events/initiatives to fellow students, administration, faculty, and clinicians.
Identify and create opportunities for AAH and students to interact.
Lead the marketing of AAH events.
Identify and recommend opportunities for AAH presence or sponsorship in key areas of the school, clinics, and teaching hospital.
Assist in the management of on-campus activities.
Drive AAH’s involvement on campus.

Compensation is $2,000 per year to be paid in $1,000 increments once per semester.
