About The Position

Kaplan is seeking highly motivated Student Brand Ambassadors (SBAs) to join their family. This paid position, starting at $15/hour, involves increasing Kaplan's visibility on campus or virtually through grassroots marketing, lead generation, relationship building, and social media initiatives. The role offers flexible hours (up to ~10 per week), paid training, and a free Kaplan course or USMLE qbank/Bar review course. A commitment of at least one academic year is required.

Requirements

Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus.
Engaged in campus community or active member/leader of a student club or organization.
Active on social media with an engaged audience and strong digital presence.
Skilled in finding relevant student groups and fostering relationships.
Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Able to manage multiple initiatives while working independently and remotely.
Able to work in a virtual role while staying active, engaged, and responsive with manager.
Proactive, self-starter, motivated with excellent time management skills.
High energy with a get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities

Use existing connections to build and strengthen Kaplan relationships with student organizations.
Generate leads through on-campus initiatives and social media efforts (club meetings, Kaplan events, social media sharing).
Execute grassroots marketing initiatives (on-campus tables, fairs, flyers).
Develop new relationships and establish partnerships with influential student groups and organizations.
Present to students on campus about Kaplan's products and resources.
Create and share content through personal social media channels to engage students with the Kaplan brand.
Utilize campus knowledge to bring Kaplan to relevant campus activities and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify on-campus event opportunities.
Support students ready to enroll by connecting them with the appropriate test prep advisor.
