As a Regional Manager , you will partner with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations and work toward meaningful short- and long-term goals. You will be responsible for : Operational Excellence – Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties Team Development – Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers Client Satisfaction – Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices Practice Growth – Fostering financial stability and growth for each hospital Community Engagement – Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management Employee Engagement – Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement Support Collaboration – Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and more Project Leadership – Leading monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiatives
