Requirements
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence in managing responsibilities independently

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with questions, payments, and general hospital communication
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Coordinate daily appointments and support hospital workflow
- Help create a welcoming, organized reception area
- Work closely with doctors and the veterinary team to provide an exceptional client experience
