About The Position

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A calm, professional approach in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability
- Comfort working around animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
- Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
- Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and stocking supplies
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
