Requirements
- Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Willingness to learn, grow, and support fellow team members
- Ability to anticipate team needs and promote efficiency throughout the hospital
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to messages promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
- Support smooth patient flow through communication with doctors and technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
