Requirements
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily client communications
- Coordinate patient visits and help maintain efficient hospital workflow
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support veterinarians and the medical team with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Deliver an exceptional client experience during every interaction
