Animal Medical Center of McKinney is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist. This role is for a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Requirements

  • Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Educate clients about hospital services and next steps
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional client experience
