Requirements

Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
Process invoices and collect payments
Educate clients about hospital services and next steps
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional client experience
