Requirements

Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist preferred
Outstanding customer service and communication skills

The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
Process payments and explain invoices when needed
Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
Maintain organized reception and lobby areas
Assist with administrative duties and daily hospital operations
Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens client relationships
Support a positive, team-first culture throughout the hospital
