Requirements
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
- Process payments and explain invoices when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
- Maintain organized reception and lobby areas
- Assist with administrative duties and daily hospital operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens client relationships
- Support a positive, team-first culture throughout the hospital
