The Client Service Representative (CSR), reporting to the Practice Manager, is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience during every interaction. This role involves administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking, managing practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintaining veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR utilizes practical knowledge of practice processes, services, and regulations governing visitor and animal patient treatment, along with veterinary record requirements and terminology, to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
