About The Position
Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join their award-winning team. This full-time position offers a salary of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
- Confidence working in a fast-paced veterinary environment
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Educate clients on hospital services and preventive care recommendations
- Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
- Support veterinarians and the medical team through effective communication and coordination
- Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient
