About The Position
Twin Creek Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience. The schedule is four 10-hour days, with no weekends, supporting a true work-life balance. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice and play a vital role in supporting our clients, patients, and community reputation. Requirements
- Strong customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phones and manage scheduling
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care
- Book appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Process payments and handle front desk transactions
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Support daily clinic operations and client communication
