Responsibilities

Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
