Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
  • Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
