Belltowne Veterinary Center is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who loves helping people and their pets, thrives in a busy environment, and understands just how important the front desk is to creating an exceptional veterinary experience. Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and next steps clearly
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team
  • Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly
