Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a busy, multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out while ensuring client and patient information is complete and accurate.
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and document communication appropriately.
• Support daily front-desk operations and overall hospital workflow.
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit.
