Our team provides experienced, loving care, ensuring healthy and happy pets and productive livestock. This part-time position involves maintaining the hospital reception area, greeting clients and patients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing check-ins and check-outs. The role requires providing emotional support to clients during difficult times and comfort with various medical outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable with unpleasant odors and noises and potential exposure to animal-related hazards.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
Greet and welcome clients and patients
Answer questions and triage client concerns
Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
Check in and check out clients
Process payments
Offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients
Be comfortable with various medical outcomes
