About The Position
Marin Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist. This role is for someone who loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their people. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients while helping maintain smooth daily operations at the front desk. Whether you’re greeting patients, managing appointments, or supporting pet owners through every visit, your role as a Veterinary Receptionist will make a meaningful difference every day. We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join a busy, supportive veterinary team dedicated to strengthening the human–animal bond through exceptional care and client education.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Provide excellent customer service while helping clients feel informed and supported
- Help maintain efficient front desk operations in a busy veterinary environment
