As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients while helping maintain smooth daily operations at the front desk. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Provide excellent customer service while helping clients feel informed and supported
- Help maintain efficient front desk operations in a busy veterinary environment
