About The Position

Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic West is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. This role is a great fit for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative (CSR) who already knows how fast a veterinary hospital moves and who cares about making every visit feel welcoming. At Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic West, we believe every family deserves accessibly priced, high-quality veterinary care. Our front desk team helps make that happen. As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first person clients meet and the one who helps them understand their pet’s care and choose a path that fits their needs. We are committed to keeping high-quality medicine accessible to our local community. Our receptionists help families explore care options, estimates, and payment resources so pets get the care they need. We are an established practice built on teamwork and compassionate care.
