About The Position

Sunset Animal Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time position in a teaching-hospital environment that treats a diverse patient population including dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Check clients and patients in and out while ensuring information is complete and accurate
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system calmly and efficiently
Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized hospital calendar
Manage client and patient records accurately
Process invoices and collect payments
Communicate hospital information, policies, and next steps clearly to clients
Respond to client questions with compassion and professionalism
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support efficient patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks and medical record requests as needed
Jump in and help the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
