About The Position
Pet Care Clinic of the High Country is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to join their incredible team. This role is the heart of the clinic, responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients, and helping to keep the hospital running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and client communication
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk
- Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care
- Assist clients with questions, appointment needs, and general hospital information
- Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
