About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team to support Overnight shifts. We require previous veterinary medicine experience. We prefer a candidate who is interested in elevating their career in Vet Med. Overnight CSRs play a vital role in supporting clients and medical teams during some of the most critical and emotional moments in a pet’s life. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact, gain additional specialty and emergency experience, and potentially continue with the hospital in a flexible capacity. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer. Applicants must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card. Requirements

  • Previous/current veterinary receptionist experience required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-emotion emergency environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate presence
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently overnight
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and computer skills
  • Positive, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital
  • Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours
  • Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with estimates, invoices, and financial discussions
  • Communicate clearly with medical teams to support patient care and workflow
  • Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods
  • Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations
