About The Position

Parkway Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. We are dedicated to supporting our staff so they can provide the highest quality care for our patients and clients. As a full-service veterinary hospital, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our employees, clients, and patients alike. Our reception team is the face of our practice and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our clinic.

Requirements

Previous veterinary receptionist, medical reception, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Passion for client service and patient care

Responsibilities

Manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and compassion
Book and coordinate appointments efficiently
Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and comfortable for clients
Provide exceptional customer service and client communication throughout the day
