Requirements

Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
Answer incoming calls and provide clear, helpful, and courteous client service.
Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily workflow.
Assist clients during check-in and check-out.
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information.
Document client communication thoroughly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
Help clients navigate hospital services, recommendations, and general pet-care needs.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to positive outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve communication, workflow, and client service.
Support teammates wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for pets and their people.
