About The Position

Happy Tails is a unique, integrated practice that provides both traditional (Western-style) medical services and alternative (Eastern-style) services. Many of our clients seek a holistic approach to illnesses and injuries or a combination of traditional and alternative approaches that might include acupuncture, ozone therapy or herbs and supplements. Our goal is to ensure excellent individualized care to our pet patients and clients. Happy Tails Holistic Veterinary Care offers holistic pet services to the greater Atlanta area. Happy Tails Holistic Veterinary Care was founded by Dr. Julia Brugliera in 2013 for a way to bring the best in holistic and traditional care to your pet. Dr. Brugliera has 10 years of experience treating animals just like yours. As a native Georgian, she loves being able to treat the animals of a community she holds so dear. She’s created a team of vets and technicians that are here to provide the best care to you and your pet. We strive to give you the best in holistic and alternative pet care to help treat your pets naturally!

Responsibilities

• Reception skills and learning holistic medical practices
• Communicating with staff the needs of the clients
• Answering phone calls and navigate multiple lines when necessary
• Scheduling appointments via VetPort vet software
• Checking and responding to emails frequently
• Cleaning and stocking supplies
