Requirements
- Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer incoming calls and provide clear, helpful, and courteous client service.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily workflow.
- Assist clients during check-in and check-out.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information.
- Document client communication thoroughly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
- Help clients navigate hospital services, recommendations, and general pet-care needs.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to positive outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve communication, workflow, and client service.
- Support teammates wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for pets and their people.
