About The Position

Adobe Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team! As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with both people and pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a rewarding career with a supportive veterinary team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion for pets, clients, and teammates
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Veterinary reception or medical office experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with general administrative tasks that keep the hospital running smoothly
