About The Position
San Clemente Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team! As a busy six-doctor, AAHA-accredited hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care while creating positive experiences for every client who walks through our doors. Our Client Service Representatives are the face of our practice and play a vital role in supporting our clients, patients, and medical team. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines and client communications
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support smooth communication between clients and the medical team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
