Warwick Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist. This role is for a compassionate and dependable individual who will be the welcoming face and calming voice for clients. As one of the first points of contact, the receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every client and patient. Requirements

Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting
Strong customer service and communication skills
A dependable and detail-oriented approach
The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
A genuine love for animals and a desire to support the people who care for them
Comfort working with computers and learning veterinary software systems
Availability to work some evening and weekend shifts
A professional and compassionate approach to client communication
A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your teammates

Responsibilities

Warmly greet clients and check in patients
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
Process payments and handle invoices
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and their pets’ needs
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Assist with administrative responsibilities
Support the veterinary team as needed to help keep the day running smoothly
