Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and their pets
Help create a positive experience for clients throughout their visits
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Support communication between clients and the veterinary medical team
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help keep the hospital running smoothly
Help clients navigate questions and concerns about their pets’ care
Contribute creative ideas that help strengthen the client and patient experience
Collaborate with teammates to support efficient hospital operations and comprehensive patient care
