Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for pets and veterinary medicine
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion for clients, patients, and fellow team members
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to both ask for and offer help
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
- Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
- Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional client service
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
- Assist with additional responsibilities and cross-training opportunities as needed
