Redondo Shores Veterinary Center is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Are you a Veterinary Receptionist who considers cat hair a fashion accessory? We are building something special at Redondo Shores, literally! The Redondo Shores Veterinary Center is an established 3-doctor practice undergoing renovations focused around patient care as well as functionality and comfort for our staff and clients, and this is your chance to be part of it! We're looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist with multitasking skills who shares compassion, critical thinking abilities, and a spirit of teamwork- along with a love of animals of course! Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate clearly with clients about services, policies, and basic care information
- Support daily clinic operations through organization, coordination, and front desk upkeep
- Be empathetic to our clients, coworkers, and yourself.
- Be willing to be part of a workplace where truly appreciating each other is more than some motivational poster on the wall.
