About The Position
Windham Animal Hospital is searching for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This hybrid position gives you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while also supporting patients and the clinical team. Requirements

- Veterinary hospital experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Manage multiple phone lines and provide exceptional telephone service.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital's daily workflow.
- Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Update client and patient information accurately.
- Assist veterinary technicians with safe patient handling and restraint.
- Help monitor patients and communicate concerns to the medical team.
- Clean and prepare treatment, exam, and patient-care areas.
- Assist with ordering and stocking hospital supplies.
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and teammates wherever needed.
