Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR)
About The Position
This is a full-time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) position at a feline-only veterinary practice in Naples, FL. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and their cats, creating a calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience. The receptionist will coordinate with the veterinary team, maintain the reception area, and learn about feline medicine to represent the practice's high standard of care. The practice aims to be the premier destination for feline veterinary medicine and is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to improving the client and patient experience.
Requirements
- A genuine cat person who appreciates that cats have unique needs, behaviors, and personalities
- Warm, approachable, and naturally good with people

Nice To Haves
- Veterinary reception experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their feline family members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Create a calm and positive experience for cats and their people from the moment they arrive to the moment they walk out
- Answer phones and communicate confidently and accurately with clients about appointments, services, and general questions
- Coordinate closely with the veterinary team to keep appointments and patient flow running smoothly
- Communicate important information clearly and compassionately
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Learn about feline medicine and our practice philosophy so you can confidently represent the level of care we provide
- Contribute ideas that improve the client and patient experience
- Help us continually raise the bar for what clients should expect from a feline veterinary practice
