About The Position

Animal Clinic Northview is seeking a Veterinary Radiologist to grow and elevate its diagnostic imaging services. This full-service veterinary and emergency hospital, founded in 1977, is located in the greater Cleveland area and is known for delivering exceptional, comprehensive, and compassionate care. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and boasts a 34-doctor, 175-staff team. Their recently expanded 36,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, including digital radiography, digital ultrasonography, a CT scanner with 3-D reconstruction capabilities, endoscopy, laparoscopy, a complete surgical suite, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, and a full rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about advanced diagnostic interpretation and imaging guidance.

Requirements

  • Residency-trained or board-certified in Veterinary Radiology (ACVR); new residency graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in interpretation of radiographs, ultrasound studies, CT, and other advanced imaging modalities.
  • Experienced or interested in providing imaging-guided procedures (e.g., FNA, biopsies).
  • Comfortable supporting a high-volume, varied caseload, including both hospitalized and outpatient referrals.
  • A clear communicator, able to explain findings effectively to clients and collaborating veterinarians.
  • Team-oriented, thriving in a multi-specialty environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced diagnostic interpretation and imaging guidance.
  • Interpret radiographs, ultrasound studies, CT, and other advanced imaging modalities.
  • Provide imaging-guided procedures (e.g., FNA, biopsies).
  • Support a high-volume, varied caseload, including both hospitalized and outpatient referrals.
  • Effectively explain findings to clients and collaborating veterinarians.
  • Collaborate within a multi-specialty environment including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, neurology, rehabilitation, and emergency/critical care.
  • Grow and develop the Radiology service.
