About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Levittown, PA is seeking a full-time Veterinary Radiologist to join their team of specialists. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team including specialists in Anesthesia, Cardiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Emergency, and Surgery. The position offers advanced training opportunities and utilizes cutting-edge diagnostic tools. The radiologist will engage with pet owners, providing clear communication on medical conditions and treatment plans, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree required
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in PA
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Radiology (ACVR or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging modalities including radiography, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Experience interpreting imaging studies and providing clear, timely reports
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and quality standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
