About The Position

North Oatlands Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The role requires a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and prior experience overseeing clinic operations. The manager will lead clearly, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the clinic’s continued excellence and the well-being of the animals in its care. The Practice Manager oversees day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, and also manages scheduling and inventory. The role includes working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is $70,000–$105,000, depending on skills and experience. North Oatlands Animal Hospital & Reproduction Center serves Leesburg with small-animal veterinary care and reproductive assistance and infertility treatments.

Requirements

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
Comfort working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to quickly learn and use the ImproMed practice management system.

Business degree or CVPM preferred.
